Wrong System.stage.width value

At iPad Mini 1, iOS 9.2.1 when first started at landscape orientation, System.stage.width is 1024, System.stage.height is 704. That's right. But when I rotate it to portrait state, System.stage.height is 960 and System.stage.width is 1024, instead of 768. Is it possible to fix it?
