New FITS and FITS Web Service release

Hello,

FITS v.0.10.2 has been release both on the FITS GitHub site and the official FITS website. This is another minor release with some improvements to video and audio processing and a few bug fixes. See the release notes for details.

There is also the release of FITS Web Service v.1.1.1 which is a sub-project of FITS. This is a web application that provides for the upload of files for processing by FITS either locally (via a GET request) or remotely (via a POST form request). It is necessary to have your application server (Servlet container) point to a deployed FITS instance. Usage details can be found on the project's GitHub site.
