Archivematica FITS task...

Trying to run this FITS command:

characterizeFile_v0.0 "%sharedPath%watchedDirectories/workFlowDecisions/extractPackagesChoice/move4-925f5280-2f14-4280-91f9-26b04fc046e5/objects/fall03.pdf" "8990931d-7110-46d3-b3ba-a4c0dfcf0a72" "925f5280-2f14-4280-91f9-26b04fc046e5"

However getting the message below, does FITS require a certain PORT to be open?

connect: Connection refused

Command FITS failed with exit status 230; stderr: connect: Connection refused

FYI - The issue's been resolved.

  Thanks again for following up. We tracked it down to the NG server not starting properly, although Archivematica indicated it was running. FITS is working perfectly.
