Server Error when creating Service Account

This is a completely new project. 

Anyone seen this / know how to resolve?

Never heard of this. It's also not really clear what you're doing here.

Could you send this error, along with some screenshots, context on what you're doing at the time, and browser/environment info to support?

I was getting this error. Accepting the updated terms at https://console.cloud.google.com fixed it for me
