Trying to post bug in Issue Tracker - gmail addresses aren't allowed, can't register

Hi, 

I'm trying to post a bug in the Sunlight/Open States API issue tracker.

When I try to register, Atlassian tells me that "The email address provided is not from an allowed domain."

Please advise.
