Geo API down?

Earlier today I noticed that the legislators/geo/ method was returning a 400, which later changed to a HTTP/1.1 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

The Sunlight website still shows the OpenStates API with a happy green checkmark and "API is operating normally."

Anyone else seeing this?
