Parking procedure at the hotel  
$12.00 Self-parking special for FGNA Conference attendees.
Valet parking is $30.00 and no discounts are provided.  

Overnight Guest:
 
PARK FIRST  
Upon arriving to the hotel drive past the main drive area and take the first right-hand turn into the parking garage.  To get into garage you must take a white parking ticket from the machine and the gate will go up.  Park on G1, G2 or G3 the Renaissance entrance clearly labeled on each floor.   Take the elevator up to the Lobby floor and proceed to the Front Desk to Check-In.  At the front desk, let the front desk agent know that you have self-parked, the front desk will enable your sleeping room key to access get in & out of the garage from that point on.   A fee of $12.00 per day will show on your final room bill from hotel.  

Day Use Attendees:
 
Upon arriving to the hotel drive past the main drive area and take the first right-hand turn into the parking garage.  To get into garage you must take a white parking ticket from the machine and the gate will go up.  Park on G1, G2 or G3 the Renaissance entrance clearly labeled on each floor.   Bypass the Front Desk and go directly to the second floor meeting room level to the FGNA registration office.  While picking up your name tag be sure to ask for the YELLOW DISCOUNTED PARKING TICKETS.  You will be given one for every day you plan on attending the conference all at once (2 days = 2 yellow tickets OR 5 days = 5 yellow tickets)   When you depart the hotel you pay at the pay station on G1 or at the gate.  When paying, you should insert the white ticket followed by the yellow ticket this will promote the pay station to give you the discounted rate.   Pay the $12.00 rate through the pay station machine with cash or credit card, the machine will then spit out a ticket that will give you access to getting out the gates.
