"Healthy Choices" is actually called "Healthy Fool"  No website link, but the menu is attached. By the way, the food trucks will be at the hotel Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, two at a time.  On Thursdays there is something called Food Truck Fiesta, a collection of food trucks a few blocks down Crystal Drive.  Most of them park around Crystal Drive and 18th St., also Crystal Drive and 23d.  Here is a link to a "real time" map of food trucks in the area, an app to keep track of them, and more:
