Problem with ${confirmlink} to the Confirmation Email - please urgent :)

Bonjour/Hello

I have a problem with ${confirmlink} to the Confirmation Email.

When people subscrite to my blog, they received the confirmation Email, BUT the confirmation Link not work!

Thet see ${confirmlink} or $ {confirmlink} (I have try with and without space... BUT the confirmation Link does not appear.
