unsubscribe error when trying to unsubscribe from feed.

I get an unsubscribe error when trying to unsubscribe from "The Gingko Pages Feed" feed. See 2 attached screenshots.

the unsubscribe link in the email is: https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailunsubscribe?k=8qMYBHhMDLXitTST5hp5k9xGnzc (which gives the error in the screenshot).

I've emailed the website owner and she says she can't unsubscribe me from her side. The blog is: http://ginkgopages.blogspot.com/

Any difference if you copy the unsubscribe link and open it in a private/incognito window ?
