goo.gl shortlink removed for violating the Terms of Service

I don't understand. Today, all my goo.gl shortlink had been disabled. I use feedburner to create rss for my blog noescinetodoloquereluce.com and sent shortlinks to twitter.

For example, https://goo.gl/fb/3LRWE2 don't send to http://www.noescinetodoloquereluce.com/2016/09/en-marcha-el-rodaje-de-la-comedia-senor.html

I need fix it. Any suggestion??
