Doesn't want to update with my latest post

Hi there, my feed does not want to update want the latest post, have troubleshooted - fixed some errors that the feedburner had with importation, once that was fixed I binged my site and while bing was successful there was no update and last I resorted to the resync option which worked, then I re-binged which was successful, but still no latest post update. How do I update please?

Can you post the URL to your FeedBurner feed, and the URL of your source feed?

and it is also in http://feeds.feedburner.com/Wanderluststorytellers ?
