Emails have incorrect sender name

Lately, my email subscriptions show noreply+...@google.com as the sender.

1)  Why has this changed from my name?; and

2)  How do I fix this?

You can't change the From address - otherwise many email providers would reject it (DMARC) 

because the email would not really be coming from the address that you entered, but from Google. 

You can only change the Reply-To address in Feedburner / 

Publicize / Email Subscriptions / Communication Preferences .
