Feed out of date

Hey I'm sure this probably happens all the time but my feed is not up to date it doesn't show the latest post. What could have caused this?

The feed is http://backwoodsbedroom.com/feed/

I've even tried resycing, but it still did not update to the latest post of December 21, instead it has the older post from December 7. What else can I do?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/BackwoodsBedroom looks identical compared

to http://backwoodsbedroom.com/feed/ to me.

Though one should not have any kind of WP caching plugin enabled for the feed URLs.
