I've checked my statistic today and noticed that ALL e-mail subscribers are disappeared! If course, about 300 people could not unsubscribed withing one night plus normally there is a notification if anyone unsubscribe... What the hell? I bet there is no way to amend it or is there???

Hi Alice,

What's the URL of your FeedBurner feed? (That's supposed to look like: http://feeds.feedburner.com/something.)

I've noticed that my Feedburner Analytics are not showing up for Tuesday. Wonder if it's the same problem they had a few weeks ago?

I went from 5,500+ email subscribers to 20 overnight. First it dropped to 64 then to 20 - I know number fluctuate on subscribers, but not like this. My feed can still be seen and is up to date, but the subscribers is off.

And I went from over 8000 to 14 - overnight!  This is simply not acceptable.  I have stats showing on my blog - for newcomers this will NOT look good.  What is going on?

Maks,
Mine is missing as well. My FeedBurner feed is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/WifeMommyMe
Can you help me understand where my subscribers went?

Alice, are you still having issues? I noticed mine are gone today and were there yesterday!

I hope there is a way to amend it and get it back where it should be!  I usually get email too but not for all of these.  They just disappeared!

I just noticed the same problem tonight when scheduling a post. All my subscribers are also missing. Has anybody found a solution to this issue?

Still seeing the issue. I'm subscribed to my own newsletter just to make sure it works regularly and I'm still getting the emails - so I'm hoping all my subscribers are as well. This is frustrating =(

Hi everyone,

For those of you who are reporting "missing subscribers", are you talking about the statistics on the Analyze tab (the first page you hit when you open your feed in the Control Panel), or the email subscriber list at the Publicize page?

I'm aware of some trouble with the feed stats, but all email subscribers should remain visible on the Publicize tab, under Email Subscriptions. The issue with the feed stats is being worked on, and only affects the numbers displayed to you. Like Ashley mentioned above, feeds are serving and email updates are being sent out as usual.

 - Maks.

Mine is as you say - subscribers are there under e-mail subscriptions BUT I display my subscriber account on my site.  I will have to take that down because people think I have (as of today) only 13 subscribers when just 2 days ago they saw 8,000 plus!  NOT good advertising.

Now that Mark said something I checked, DISPLAYING it shows the 14, but when I click to view my email subscriber list of email addresses it shows everyone is there.

Maks, my analyze tab shows 0 but the publicize tab shows my subscribers.  However, my email notification didn't go out from my latest post on 5 March.  How does that get fixed?  Thanks.

Noticing the same thing on my site, Frugaling.org. Email subscribers aren't being accounted for in feed stats or the chicklet. Help!

And yes, they show on the Publicize tab, but not the Analyze tab.
