We recently started a podcast and I can't seem to find any analytics on feed burner. It says we have "0" subscribers and "0" views. I know for a fact that people have subscribed and listened to the podcast. I've already gone in to configure the stats but nothing seems to work. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or is there any way to get some customer service direct from feed burner?
