The problem is exactly as described in the FeedMedic report: when an HTTP client tries to fetch the content at http://ps-blog.ru/feed/, the server will respond with an HTTP 301 redirect to http://feeds.feedburner.com/ps-blog-ru. This means FeedBurner cannot fetch your feed content, because your server tells FeedBurner to redirect to itself.

Although it is common to redirect your source feed URL to a FeedBurner URL, it is important to make an exception for requests coming from FeedBurner itself. Instructions on how to set up redirection properly are available here: https://support.google.com/feedburner/answer/78464?hl=en
