I noticed that some people create multiple redirects to their Facebook pages using FeedBurner. 

This is convenient for many reasons, for example - statistics. Links have this form -

http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/myfacebookpage/~3/sMsp6y1KT8k/myfacebookpage

This part is constantly changing - /sMsp6y1KT8k/ 

If user open this link, he go to Facebook page.

But I absolutely do not understand how they do it. 

I searched for a long time, but could not find an answer.
