'The feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled'

Hello all, can anyone please assist me with this issue... when I click on the subscribe by email box on my website, I get a message in a pop up box saying "The feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled"

And yet, everything looks normal when I go to my Feedburner account.... any suggestions on a fix please?

You're not referring to the form at the bottom of bizzylizzysgoodthings are you,

because it's working fine here ?

Yes, .... the one on my front home page works ok, but not on my side bar.... so I have taken it off.
