Feed transfer failing

Hello,

I'm trying to transfer my feed to another person. I've followed all the steps in this tutorial: http://www.gilsmethod.com/transfer-your-feedburner-feed-in-5-easy-steps

However, the person I'm transfering the feed to is not getting the email from FeedBurner/Google with a link to accept the feed transfer. I've tried transfering other feeds I own to another account of mine, and I'm not getting the acceptance email either.

Can anybody help me out?
