Recover feedburner login/user id after Google Apps transition

Hi,

I opened my feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/handidactique on November 2014, with what I'm almost certain was a Gmail account that since been moved on a Google Apps Nonprofit platform. The feed itself is still working, but I can't manage it with my new credentials as it's not on the list. Of course, my old ones don't work anymore.

Is there a way to find my exact old login infos, then transfer the feed to my new account?
