Email not sent to subscribers and subscribers stats decreased

Hi there, 

I published a new post on Tues (22nd). The new post appears to be on my Feedburner feed but no email was sent to my subscribers. Also, Feedburner says that I only have 3 subscribers instead of 300! When I check my subscriber list they are all there but feed stats don't reflect this. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks so much.
