email updates not being delivered

I just put a new blog online and subscribed myself for post email updates but nothing is coming through. Feedburner seems ok. Can someone help. The address is;

First of all, all the links to your previous trips .blogspot URLs on your various blogs are incorrect - they should not include www. 

For the actual issue , what delivery schedule and timezone do you have selected in your feedburner settings in Publicize / Email Subscriptions / Delivery Options ?

     The delivery schedule is:

Mountain time 1-3pm.

As far as the links go, is it just not writing the www. part when I write them out or is there something else I need to do to correct them?
