How long does FeedBurner take to send out Feed

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure out a system and I'm not sure FeedBurner is right. I need users to get an update as soon as an article is created in a category...not four hours later. 

Is there anything I can do to speed up the time it takes?

If your server support pubsubhuhbub, and the feed aggregators that you readers use 

also supports it, then they would get updates within a few seconds after the post is published. 

Of course, if they are subscribed to your feedburner feed by email, 

then they'll only get the email during the time-range you selected in 

feedburner settings / Publicize / Email Subscriptions / Delivery Options.
