Unable to Transfer Feedburner Account

I've tried to transfer my feed to a different account multiple times and to multiple different addresses over the last two weeks but an email is never sent. I'm seeing that other people are having this problem as well. When will this be fixed? Can someone manually help me transfer int he meantime? Thx!
