deleting a feed please help!!!!!!!!

After enormous problems with Feedburner never being able to show me subscription numbers, I decided a few weeks ago to delete the feed. I went into the feedburner account and deleted the feed. However, yesterday when I posted something on my blog, it was still sent out to my old Feedburner subscribers. I checked my account again and there is no sign of it in 'my feeds' any more so I am really baffled.

If anyone has any remedies, I'd appreciate it as I am likely to be alienating my readers by them still getting this content.

What was the FeedBurner URL of the feed? (Something that looks like: http://feeds.feedburner.com/YourFeedNameHere.) Maybe I can figure out what's going on.

By the way, your email subscribers can unsubscribe themselves whenever they like, so I wouldn't worry too much about them. If they don't want to receive your email updates anymore, they will unsubscribe, and if they don't, they probably don't mind the update.

Weebly (the host of my site) have informed me that they can't see anything active from their end.

As far as I can tell, the only feed that existed for that site has indeed been deleted and does not have any email subscribers. Are you sure these email updates are being sent by FeedBurner? If so, could you forward one to me?

I can't seem to forward to you the entire email. is there an email address? It says powered by Google,

Ah, I see where the confusion comes from. There were two FeedBurner feeds for the same source URL; one was deleted, the other was not.

The still-existing feed is owned by an account with email address Bulldog....@gmail.com (normally I don't post email addresses publicly, but since this is the address on the site itself, it should be OK).

If you access the FeedBurner control panel using that account, you should be able to see the still-existing feed. You can then disable email subscriptions, or delete the feed, if you prefer.
