Can I just send out SOME posts to subscribers? (suspend delivery for 1 post/wk)

Hi....I am sending out email feeds to subscribers now 3 times a week
(M-W-F, but I think it's too much mail), so I'd like to only send out
twice a week, on Mon and Friday....but I want to continue to post
three times a week...meaning I don't want my Wednesday post to be sent
as an email, just Mon and Fri posts....how can I best do that?....
deactivate every Wednesday before I post then reactivate on Thursday?
or?
