Error in creating RSS Feed

Hi Folks!

I am trying to create RSS feed of the url http://www.royalbulletin.com/category/e-newspaper-muzaffarnagar-news through feedburner.

but it is showing error.

, but Feedburner can create a feed from it. 

But why are you redirecting http://www.royalbulletin.com/category/e-newspaper-muzaffarnagar-news/feed/ to 

http://www.royalbulletin.com/category/e-newspaper-muzaffarnagar-news/----54823 ? 

Is the site even Wordpress-powered or not ?
