All subscribers suddenly gone!

Yesterday I had 21 subscribers. This morning there are only 2 (and those are not real emails). I have made no changes to my subscribers. But I know that my blog post was received by at least two people this morning via email. Did I actually lose all my subscribers? How can this happen? Can I recover them somehow?
