Lost user account info

Unfortunately my company has forgotten the user account information
for our Feedburner account and we have many blogs that depend on it.

I'd like to get in touch with someone at FeedBurner to reset our email
address and password.

There is an email address with "glenn" in it that is associated with
the original FeedBurner account, and these feeds appear to have been
moved to a Google Account with a similar Gmail email address. Do you
still need help accessing the specific Google Account?

Is there anyone out there who can help with my user account.  I do not have the user name or the password.  

We have been uploading our podcasts for the past few years without needed the log in information, but now we would like to change the artwork on the feed.   Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
