Multiple enclosures being created

I have decided to add our podcast to Google Play, but certain of my episodes are showing multiple copies of the media enclosures, 3, 4, 5, and more copies of the same file within enclosure tags on the feed. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this and how I can fix the issue?
