Individual episode information on iTunes

My podcasts are contained here on my wordpress site: http://www.007hertzrumble.com/category/podcast/

When iTunes pulls the information for the individual episodes (https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/bond-age-podcast/id788236962?mt=2) it creates gobbeldygook. I can't figure out how to tag the audio files appropriately so that Feedburner submits the correct descriptions for the individual episodes in the RSS.

I used Audacity to create the tags. Is there a better way to do this so that iTunes and Stitcher, etc. actually use the correct information?
