Feedburner not making media enclosures

My feed had previously been working fine with itunes; however, in the last 2 months, feedburner has been unable to create media enclosures due to a time error. No other rss feed readers have this problem. I have checked with Weebly (original feed), and their servers are not registering any delays or timeouts. This seems to be a feedburner issue.

Any ideas?
