feedburner feed won't accept in itunes

Hi All,

I am trying to submit my new feedburner feed of my podcasts to Itunes but Itunes won't accept it... it says it can't read any episodes

this is my feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/newperspectivespodcast

Can someone tell me... in simple language what I have to do?

the MP3 files are hosted on Internet archive...for example this is the URL of the latest file: https://archive.org/details/OldFashionedMarketingTheModernWayWithScottForrest201505141830

qand then I embed those in my blog on wordpress here, like so: http://www.newperspectives.com.au/archives/modernmarketing/

and the bog feed into feedburner from my wordpress site is: http://www.newperspectives.com.au/archives/category/podcasts/feed/

Anyone very clever to guide me ...in simple language?
