Adding Category Tag and Language Tag to RSS Feed for Podcast

When I attempt to validate my RSS Feed in iTunes is comes up Failed Validation with the following message: 

Can’t submit your feed. There is no category tag in your feed, or the category tag is empty.

Can’t submit your feed. There is no language tag in your feed, or the language tag is empty.

I am not sure where to add a category tag or language tag - went into Troubleshootize via advice from this link:

Cannot find what I need...
