Missing information and can't refresh from podcast app

So my problem is that i cannot refresh the podcast using iPhone podcast app such as iCather or Downcast. Pulling down does nothing.

Also podcast notes is not there at all. 

Something is not setup correctly, but i dont know where or what.

Im very to this so detailed instructions on how i shall go about this is much appreciated.
