What's going on?
Buy of the day today is FMCCH (block at 9.50) and no, that is not me.
OP - Commons have liquidity, and will move first, usually. I expect Preferreds will move soon. It is not a straight-across-the-board move you see, but I think the commons have hit the bottom for the 'waiting period' prior to Watt's decision (and all indicators point to his holding cash). He even signals he is not intending to signal when he does it! LOL.
I just dont get it. All the suckers were suppose to buy preferred. I mean shit...we told everyone Moelis was the only way.
I will shed no tears for the trash talkers. Since Lamberth, the 50 dollar prefs were 5.20 and fnma was 1.52
Pref still outperforming since Oct., 2014
Scoreboard.
At 3.04 fnma, they are even.
Lmao
I am laughing at him cause he is a follower. Not an attack on anyone. Just a person who claims to lead but clearly follows. I can delete if it appears to attack simmy. Always love him
IMPH was a great call. Jeff got one hit on it and suddenly is a guru....
For newbies, Skibrian's first name is Brian
Wow, I could of had a V8!
"We are fortunate that two of the most financially sophisticated Senators in Washington, Senators Corker and
Warner, have taken the lead on housing finance reform and have suggested that they will put forth new legislation
shortly to address this last remaining restructuring of the financial crisis. We believe that this initiative combined with support from the Treasury Secretary has dramatically increased the chances of a favorable resolution for the country and for investors in Fannie and Freddie, including the government, which is not reflected in their current
share prices."
LMAO
I wish I was a little bit taller, I wish I was a baller....
Not a recco....
