Great Customer Service

I placed an order for 6 pop up canopy's on a Wednesday evening. I emailed them the next day to find out what day I would recevie them since I need them for an event I was having the next week. They responded to my email in less than an hour and told me that I should receive them by Tuesday of the next week. I actually received them on Monday and they were good quality product and better than I expected. Thank you for great customer service which is so hard to find these days!

Great canopy, but poor quality carrying/storage bag

The canopy is wonderful. Even though the directions say for two people to put set it up, it can be done with just one person, easily. My only complaint is that the carrying/storage bag that it comes in has a very cheap zipper. After using the canopy one time and putting it back in the back, the zipper broke. The pull tab on the zipper even broke in half. I am very disappointed in the quality of the bag.
Adding to the review 7/3/2014: I contacted the seller about the zipper breaking on the bag and was sent a replacement bag right away. Unfortunately, today after just four uses, the frame of the canopy broke, the metal completely sheered off at one of the accordion joints. I'm pretty certain it was due to the strong winds that came on suddenly, but it's still frustrating as all the other canopies at farmer's market were fine with the wind.
