Downloaded Demos will not run

My PC is running Windows 10 Pro. I downloaded FaceGen Artistry and Modeler form the FaceGen site.  I can start the programs, but whenever I click on any radio buttons or try to load a photograph, I get the message that the program must close.  Unfortunately I cannot run these demos to see how they work.
