What are good workflows for converting Facegen blendshapes to a fbx with morph targets?

I don't know what the best conversion tool to get into FBX would be, but if it can read .ma, .lwo or .xsi that would make things easier since those are the formats that support morph targets (so exporting to other formats such as .obj means you'd have a separate file for each morph target).
