Can folly::Future work on Windows (Desktop)?

I'm currently facing issues compiling the simplest CPP file:

#include <folly/futures/Future.h>

Error output is:

folly/MicroSpinLock.h(45): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pthread.h': No such file or directory
