AWS Loadbalancer SSL setup

Dear Team:

I would like to share the below observation.

For at least non Maven based polyglot apps (Is this the case for Maven too?), we can't configure the ELB SSL while using the provided pipelines. The KubernetesJson groovy file doesn't accept any options for this. We are going to have to duplicate that code inside the groovy file for now to get this work.

Will try to do PR in the future with a groovy script change that will make this possible (Once I can get up to my groove on Groovy)
