ElasticSearch version upgrade causing issues

Hi guys,

The ElasticSearch version on the trunk has move a major number (1.3 ->
2.x).

This change is not free, as the ES API has changed and it breaks APIMan.
Why was this change made? Can I move it back to 1.3? Or is there a way
to support both versions.

I ended up creating an elasticsearch version 1 image in fabric8-ipaas.
This also removed the ipaas dependency on devops.
