early access to running 4.x of fabric8 on MiniShift

I've just blogged about the latest instructions for running the upstream equivalent of openshift.io on MiniShift:

Note we've not yet updated `gofabric8 deploy` yet to work with the 4.x distribution. We'll do that soon; once we've got things working well on both Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Feedback greatly appreciated; its still early access and am sure there's lots of issues in there as there are many more moving parts!
