I've just updated the docs a little for getting started:

which includes instructions on how to get started either using vagrant or an existing cluster of  Kubernetes, GKE or OpenShift or to reuse an installation of Red Hat's CDK.

A couple of fixes have occurred lately to fix up issues folks had previously hit with domains.

Right now if you do an install using the latest greatest gofabric8 then provided you specify the right domain on the `gofabric8 deploy -d foo.com` command for where external ingress/routes will be visible then all the templates will use that domain and the new fabric8 console will use that domain too when running apps.

So however you run apps (gofabric8, using the console's Run... UI or using oc process)
you don't have to worry about configuring domains ever again! :)

This should make things a little easier when using existing clusters of kubernetes/openshift or using the CDK!

If you've hit issues with domains before its maybe time to try again & let us know if you still have issues.

Also in case you've missed it in the docs you can now install the fabric8 console and the core microservices platform via a single command:

    gofabric8 deploy -y -d mydomain.com --app=cd-pipeline

Finally we've improved `gofabric8 validate` to try deduce and catch most issues of invalid cluster setup in case you've struggled to run fabric8 before now.

Please give it a try and let us know how you get on!
