Link + Extempore?

Sorry for the link dump, but thought this might be interesting!

Ableton has recently open-sourced what they're hoping will be a cross-application musical timing standard:

If this does turn out to be the case (a common language for musical timing between many musical environments), it would be super nice for Extempore to be a part of that! I have some vague ideas of how it could work with temporal recursion but it would be great to have something robust and standard.

Looks to have a capi (as well as the C++ api) so should be trivial to integrate - i.e. really just use without doing anything in particular.  What is involved in making it behave *nicely* is a slightly different problem.
