Title: Java Developer(web services)

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

· Development of intermediate (Middle) layer comprising of business rules and features that interact with backend database

· Writing JUnit test cases, preferably using TDD or BDD Testing frameworks to unit test the features developed

· This layer interacts with database and other interfaces, which involves thorough coordination with different function groups

· Analyze, debug and rectify issues arising out of QA observations or otherwise

· Participate in daily scrums, cater to other documentation needs in following an agile methodology

· Collaborate with team members onsite and offshore in India

Required (MUST HAVE) Skills

· Java J2EE (5+ years)

· Very Strong Core Java and Spring Boots, Hibernate, iBatis. Extensive prior development experience required (3+ years) in these technologies.

· Strong fundamentals and clarity of REST web services. Prior development experience a MUST (3+ years)

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development and test Life Cycle
