Best directory structure of nodejs with express

I did start working few the days ago on nodejs with express, can anyone please let me know  what is the best directory structure for this.

That really depends on what you want your app to do. For starters, you can use express generator to create a basic dir structure for your app - https://expressjs.com/en/starter/generator.html.
