FedEx also offers the same service. It’s called FedEx Smart Post. UPS wanted a shipment of at least 50 SurePost shipments per day to allow us to use the service. FedEx did not have a minimum.

THe service you are talking about is UPS SurePost (Was called UPS Basic) It allows you to ship to PO Boxes. The Surepost is a cheaper service and uses USPS to deliver the last leg.
