Ability to modify questions

I'm looking to modify questions through the API. I've found the GET requests to /events/:id/questions/:id/ but there is no corresponding POST / PUT in the documentation. Is it at all possible to modify questions? I'm mostly concerned with changing the available options.

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer the ability to post questions via the API.  We will put in a feature request for this for you but cannot speak to when or if it will be introduced.
